What is the difference between the ONC Interoperability Forum and the Annual Meeting?
The Forum is designed to showcase current and emerging technical barriers and solutions to interoperability. The event is geared toward a technical audience and the Forum tracks are designed to tackle specific interoperability challenges with tangible results. It is designed to focus on technical details rather than overarching policy discussions. For example, the demos during the event showcase specific best practices and lessons learned for implementing health IT.

There is no fee to register for the Forum. Use this link to register for in-person (capacity limited) or webinar attendance.

What happens if the room hits capacity? Is there a wait list?
Registration is limited but there will be a wait list. As space becomes available, registrants from the wait list may be moved, however, there is no guarantee of in-person attendance. Those on the wait list are encouraged to register for the webinar of the event.
Will the event be livestreamed?
Webinars for the plenary sessions on Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon will be available, but the individual sessions on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning will not be streamed or recorded.
